ZORODER is the project of Jonathan Denny, a Las Vegas producer who came up in metal and hardcore bands and turned that aggression on bass.
The early years never left him: breakdowns, blast beats, the pit. They just found a new weapon. ZORODER is heavy dubstep built with a metalhead's hands, relentless and extreme, with no patience for subtlety. Bass is already heavy, so the point is to drag it somewhere personal. You can hear metal and hardcore in the ferocity, SVDDEN DEATH and NIMDA in the spectacle, The Prodigy and Daft Punk in the rave energy, and pro wrestling in the sheer theater of it. Bombastic sounds only.
Live, ZORODER is relentless heavy drops and mosh-pit chaos, sets built to break a room open rather than warm it up. He's forged that sound in the Las Vegas underground, including one show staged inside an actual steel cage. It's music for dark rooms and bodies in motion. Every new track pushes further into extreme bass and sound design, chasing the heaviest possible impact on his own terms.
